1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradeaon's webhook and copy trading services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Tradeaon provides:

  • Webhook Integration: Automated signal processing from TradingView to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platforms.
  • Copy Trading: Trade replication from master accounts to follower/slave accounts.
  • Trade Journal: Trade logging and performance analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that:

  • You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • Tradeaon does not provide financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
  • Signal execution depends on market conditions and broker availability.

5. Subscription, Payments & Refund Policy

Our Service operates on a subscription basis:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may vary by plan tier.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, unused subscription time, or accidental purchases.
  • You have had the opportunity to evaluate our Service through any available trial period or free tier before making a purchase.
  • Cancellation of your subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
  • You may continue to use the Service until the end of your current paid period after cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization.
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraud.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to maintenance or updates.
  • Delays or failures in trade execution due to network issues.
  • Third-party service outages (brokers, TradingView, etc.).
  • Force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Tradeaon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for trading losses resulting from use of our Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Tradeaon and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Any reason at our sole discretion with notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
